There is a minimum of 4 hours use on hourly vehicles except for stretch limousines which has a 5 hour minimum. A gratuity of 15% is added to the fare of sedans and a gratuity of 20% is added to the fare of vans, SUV, and stretch limousines.
Waiting time charges
Waiting time charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up from
home or place other than an airport. In case of pick-ups from the
airport, waiting time charges begin after the pre-flighted arrival time
of the flight as follow:

There is a $15.00 surcharge for service scheduled between midnight and
5:59AM. A 15% or 20% gratuity will be added to the fare according to vehicle type. There is a $25.00 surcharge for service scheduled Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and after 6PM Christmas and New Year's eve.
Cancellations and No Shows
Minimum advance notice for a cancellation are as follow:

| Others Areas | Commensurate to travel time from NJ Meadowlands area PLUS 1 hour |
Anyone calling in a cancellation will be furnished with a cancellation number. This number will be your proof of cancellation in the event you are charged for a "NO SHOW".
No show charges are equal to the base of the scheduled ride plus tolls or parking incurred. Special consideration given to emergency cancellations.
